Schooling The Constitutional Professor On Constitutional Law

George Bernard Shaw famously quipped ,”He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches.”, Not to demean the profession, all have bozo’s masquerading as competents, but has there ever been a profession so populated by utter melonheads?

Trey Gowdy (one of my favorite top 4 politicians, and the guy that publicly chastised Lois Lerner for taking the 5th right after proclaiming from the mountain tops how bereft she was of any wrongdoing) introduced a bill in the House called the ENFORCE the Law Act;

The House of Representatives passed the “Enforce the Law Act” Wednesday, a bill designed to push back against the numerous unilateral moves the Obama administration has used to circumvent the law.

Five Democrats joined Republicans in passing the bill by a 233 to 181 vote.

H.R. 4138, sponsored by Rep. Trey Gowdy (R., S.C.), would authorize the House or Senate to sue the executive branch for not enforcing laws and provide an expedited process through federal district courts. The bill is one of several the House GOP is pushing to combat the “imperial presidency.”

Naturally Obama has threatened to veto the bill, why give legal action against his renegade Constitutional bendings any more teeth than necessary? Here is Gowdy on the House floor this morning;

Will it get through the Senate? Nope, but elected officials that stand by and support the Constitution should demarcate themselves from those that don’t. It matters not (well, it does but I can’t do anything about it) that the MSM ignores the breach, diverts our attention with ,”Nothing to see here”, and fails to do their jobs, they would much rather score some good seats at the next WH press dinner.

Posterity is paying attention, and it will not reflect kindly on Obama’s actions in the future.
