So it looks like the WH was behind making sure Hillary was NOT charged for breaking the law

While the left and the media remain focused on the fact that Trump acts like an alpha male, all while ignoring that Bill Clinton is a serial rapist, and his wife, not just an enabler, but the one that has gone out of her way to destroy anyone that tried to point that out, revelations abound that proveHillary should have been charged, but was not, because the WH made that happen. From the article:

“It is well known that the FBI agents on the ground, the human beings who did the investigative work, had built an extremely strong case against Hillary Clinton and were furious when the case did not move forward,” said Napolitano. “They believe the decision not to prosecute came from The White House.”

The claim also is backed up by a report in the New York Post this week, which quotes a number of veteran FBI agents saying FBI Director James Comey “has permanently damaged the bureau’s reputation for uncompromising investigations with his cowardly whitewash of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of classified information using an unauthorized private email server.”

“The FBI has politicized itself, and its reputation will suffer for a long time. I hold Director Comey responsible,” Dennis V. Hughes, the first chief of the FBI’s computer investigations unit, told the Post. Retired FBI agent Michael M. Biasello added to the report, saying, “Comey has singlehandedly ruined the reputation of the organization.”

Especially angering the team, which painstakingly pieced together deleted emails and interviewed witnesses to prove that sensitive information was left unprotected, was the fact that Comey based his decision on a conclusion that a recommendation to charge would not be followed by DOJ prosecutors, even though the bureau’s role was merely to advise, Fox News was told.

“Basically, James Comey hijacked the DOJ’s role by saying ‘no reasonable prosecutor would bring this case,’” the Fox News source said. “The FBI does not decide who to prosecute and when, that is the sole province of a prosecutor — that never happens.

“I know zero prosecutors in the DOJ’s National Security Division who would not have taken the case to a grand jury,” the source added. “One was never even convened.”

Napolitano agreed, saying the FBI investigation was hampered from the beginning, because there was no grand jury, and no search warrants or subpoenas issued.

Those of us that have seen the pattern established during the last 8 years, where some of the most egregious and illegal things were done by practically every federal agency across the board, only to have the WH pretend they were surprised by what was going on and claiming to be out of the loop, only to later discover evidence to the contrary that was from then on ignored, knew that the orders to let Hillary walk came from the WH.

I suspected from the start that Hillary and her people would never have dared to try and delete the emails outright like they did, if they, even a second, believed this would come back against them. And the only way this level of disdain for the law and the system of justice could continue for years, was if the WH was calling the shots behind the scenes. The media has avoided this story for a reason, opting instead to make excuses for Clinton and carry her water when she blames a vast right wing group for her law breaking and creating all sorts of distractions (like this current crusade against Trump’s demeanor towards women).

But we know now that she did what she did deliberately. She also did it with backing from the WH. And that was because she had Obama by the balls. That idiot went out and pretended he had no idea that she had that server when the story came out, only to now be caught communicating with her through a pseudonym email (a clear sign that even he knew this was some serious law breaking that Hillary was doing). Will this change anything? not a chance. The left will keep producing people that will say Donald is a cad and objectifies women, because we all know that unless you have the (D) next to your name, you can be held liable even for just thinking bad thoughts. If you have that (D) however, you have carte blanch. These same shrews will not only make excuses for you but help defend you from those that might think this crap is about something other than the left using it for political gain. In the mean time voters – the ones that actually might have a problem with someone that after these things likely now thinks she is above the law and is likely to do much worse, and not the ones that don’t care, because she is a member of their team – are getting shafted because they don’t hear what kind of evil criminal Hillary is.

I for one have experience with the WH sicking its agencies on those they view as their enemies. I suspect this will become far more common and be far reaching under another Clinton administration. I have no faith in our system of justice anymore, and I am not alone there. The marxists used to object to the system because the powerful could get away with everything. It obviously looks like the real objection was that people other than them might get away with shit. They sure don’t feel the law applies to them. Real champions of the people these porgs, ain’t they?

America loses yet again..

Yeah, nobody was hurt by Hillary’s lapses in security

Something like this would end the political career of a republican, but for a leftist, it is a career booster, it seems. I wonder how Comey is feeling attributiing Clinton’s criminal activity to simple ignorance and negligence in light of more revelations like this. And it all comes right after the coordinated journolist attack from the left, just a week or two ago, where they made the case that Trump’s ways are dangerous for national security. Now we find out that this was just another case of projection as usual, because Hillary already got there first:

Hillary Clinton recklessly discussed, in emails hosted on her private server, an Iranian nuclear scientist who was executed by Iran for treason, Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., said Sunday.

“I’m not going to comment on what he may or may not have done for the United States government, but in the emails that were on Hillary Clinton’s private server, there were conversations among her senior advisors about this gentleman,” he said on “Face the Nation.” Cotton was speaking about Shahram Amiri, who gave information to the U.S. about Iran’s nuclear program.

The senator said this lapse proves she is not capable of keeping the country safe.

Don’t expect this story to make the rounds on the national news circuit. At least not until they find a way to blame the right and Trump for it. And where is this administration’s legal arm, huh? Shouldn’t they be filing charges yet?

Oh, this is priceless!

I was hoping something like this would eventually happen, and I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised it happened this fast:

A lawyer for one of the NYPD cops accused of doing favors for bribes — including mile-high sex with this hooker on a free trip to Las Vegas — said his client’s behavior was no worse than Hillary Clinton’s.

“It’s similar to what the FBI said about Hillary Clinton, and why she wasn’t charged,” said John Meringolo, a lawyer for James Grant, who pleaded not guilty in Manhattan federal court Wednesday.

“She was unaware she was committing a crime. Here, there is no crime whatsoever.”

Meringolo described his client’s alleged actions — swapping police favors for expensive gifts like the wild trip with prostitute Gabi Grecko — as mere violations of police conduct.

“There’s been similar conduct with private jets in the past,” he said, pointing to former Commissioner Ray Kelly, who he said “took a private jet” and then paid for it after the fact in order to hush criticisms.

NYPD Deputy Chief Michael Harrington and Brooklyn businessman Jeremy Reichberg also pleaded not guilty to several charges on Wednesday, including conspiracy to commit honest-services fraud, honest-services wire fraud, conspiracy to pay and receive bribes and the payment and receipt of bribes.

This is absolutely perfect. Force everyone to see that the system is corrupt if it doesn’t allow others to get away with crimes like Hillary did. I am sure the usual collectivist morons will twist themselves into pretzels trying to explain why this is different, but it is not. Hillary, according to Comney, got off because she was too stupid to know better. I hope everyone uses this defense until the entire system collapses or loses its credibility completely.

Enjoy it people. This is what the rule of law looks like under collectivism. Our elites look down on us and think the laws only should apply to us, and not them. It is just deserts that some of the peasants are using the same defense that the corrupt political aristocracy used to get off.

Banana republic it is..

If you doubted we had a gangster government, where the laws of the land applied to the peons and not the credentialed pompous inept but full of themselves elite, doubt no more:

In an unusual move, FBI agents working the Hillary Clinton email case had to sign a special form reminding them not to blab about the probe to anyone unless called to testify.

Sources said they had never heard of the “Case Briefing Acknowledgment” form being used before, although all agents must initially sign nondisclosure agreements to obtain security clearance.

“This is very, very unusual. I’ve never signed one, never circulated one to others,” said one retired FBI chief.

An FBI agent currently on the job admitted, “I have never heard of such a form. Sounds strange.”

Meanwhile, FBI agents expressed their “disappointment” over FBI Director James Comey’s decision not to recommend charges against Clinton, sources close to the matter told The Post.

“FBI agents believe there was an inside deal put in place after the Loretta Lynch/Bill Clinton tarmac meeting,” said one source.

Another source from the Justice Department was “furious” with Comey, saying he’s “managed to piss off right and left.”

Ya think? After 8 years of Obama doing this sort of crap, I guess you can call it his third term if Hillary wins. This woman should be making license plates in either an orange or pin striped suit, with a tattoo of he owner done with a needle and ink on her flabby ass saying she is the property of some bull dyke.

Well, that’s because it is all lies you tools!

WaPo has a laughable article titled Hillary Clinton’s email story continues to get harder and harder to believe where they actually contort themselves into pretzels trying to avoid saying the obvious: She is a liar and lying about the fact she broke the law and is trying to stall the required prosecution and incarceration. From the article:

On Monday night, the Associated Press published a piece noting the release of an additional 165 pages of emails Hillary Clinton sent from her private email address while serving as secretary of state. These were emails that had never been previously released and only were made public because of a court order in response to a request from a conservative group.

And yet again, the emails poke holes in Clinton’s initial explanation for why she decided to exclusively use a private email server for her electronic correspondence while serving as the nation’s top diplomat.

Let’s start with this from the AP story: “The emails were not among the 55,000 pages of work-related messages that Clinton turned over to the agency in response to public records lawsuits seeking copies of her official correspondence.”

Remember that Clinton and a small group of people working for her reviewed all of the emails she sent from her private server and made the decision about what was solely personal and what was work-related. She handed over the work-related email and permanently deleted those that she and her team decided were purely personal. She wound up deleting more emails than she turned over to State.

The latest batch of emails suggest that Clinton’s filter to decide between the personal and the professional was far from foolproof. That these emails never saw the light of day before Monday — or before a conservative legal advocacy group petitioned for their release — opens up the possibility that there are plenty more like them that Clinton chose to delete but shouldn’t have. And it provides more fodder for the Republican argument that Clinton appointing herself as judge, jury and executioner for her emails was, at best, a very, very bad decision and, at worst, something more nefarious than just bad judgment.

Yeah, see the issue here is the language being used. Chizilla seems to go out of his way to make this something passive instead of pointing out that this was done, and done on purpose to hide what these scumbags were doing, which obviously leads one to the only actual and accurate conclusion, that Hillary and practically everyone else in the Obama administration related to this have been lying their asses off. I find it insulting when the democrat agents with bylines in the MSM all go out of their way to make Hillary innocent in this case, even going so far as presenting her as some technophobe and old doggering fool.

I guess saying she is just an old grandma and not the shyster she is seems to make the left feel they have an out, but as a voter, I wouldn’t be inclined to cast mine for someone that seems to, from the media’s attempts to hide her criminal activity, be suffering from dementia. She could just press that button and nuke somewhere in Arkansas where one of Bill’s ex-mistresses is hiding, or Chicago to get the Obamas, in a fit of anger.

I ask again, do you think a republican candidate – other than Trump whom seems to be the LSM’s kryptonite – get away with this shit? If you can answer honestly, you know how insulting it is to others that actually followed the law or were hammered for breaking or appearing to break it by this administration.

Hillary needs to be wearing orange or stripped jumpsuits and pursue a career making license plates. That would be justice in this case. And she needs to be joined by people like Lerner whom now clearly is in contempt of congress and a criminal.

Can it get even more rediculous?

If you have any doubt that the Obama administration, reluctantly or otherwise, is protecting that criminal Hillary Clinton from being indicted for breaking the law and basically allowing nations with hostile intentions to the US to use her setup as a doorway to hack our government, then read this latest revelation in this saga:

Documents recently obtained by the conservative advocacy group Judicial Watch show that in December 2010, then-US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her staff were having difficulty communicating with State Department officials by e-mail because spam filters were blocking their messages. To fix the problem, State Department IT turned the filters off—potentially exposing State’s employees to phishing attacks and other malicious e-mails.

The mail problems prompted Clinton Chief of Staff Huma Abedin to suggest to Clinton, “We should talk about putting you on State e-mail or releasing your e-mail address to the department so you are not going to spam.” Clinton replied, “Let’s get [a] separate address or device but I don’t want any risk of the personal [e-mail] being accessible.”

The mail filter system—Trend Micro’s ScanMail for Exchange 8—was apparently causing some messages from Clinton’s private server (Clintonemail.com) to not be delivered. Some were “bounced;” others were accepted by the server but were quarantined and never delivered to the recipient. According to the e-mail thread published yesterday by Judicial Watch, State’s IT team turned off both spam and antivirus filters on two “bridgehead” mail relay servers while waiting for a fix from Trend Micro.

There was some doubt about whether Trend Micro would address the issue before State performed an upgrade to the latest version of the mail filtering software. “I am not confident Trend Micro will provide an update for SMEX 8,” wrote one member of State’s IT team, Trey Jammes. “That is two revs behind their current offering, SMEX 10, and they are pushing us to go to that (currently in pilot), and they have never not yet been able to deliver a fool-proof solution for a problem that has been around for at least 2 years. Unfortunately, we have seen similar problems with SMEX 10… I don’t think we have seen that problem with SMEX 10 when running without the anti-spam piece.”

A State Department contractor support tech confirmed that two filters needed to be shut off in order to temporarily fix the problem—a measure that State’s IT team took with some trepidation, because the filters had “blocked malicious content in the recent past.”

It’s not clear from the thread that the issue was ever satisfactorily resolved, either with SMEX 8 or SMEX 10. But State’s unclassified e-mail system has been repeatedly breached by attackers. An attack purported to have been staged by Russian hackers caused the department to briefly shut down all its unclassified e-mail systems in 2014 but persisted within State’s network for more than a year afterward. Then Iranians spear-phished State employees in 2015, breaching the e-mail system again.

And those are the attacks we know of or they are willing to talk about. The FBI is pissed beyond belief with the amount of shit that got compromised and the amount of bad actors that got in, to the point that their director has refused stand down orders from the complicit WH. Think hard about this. We are in a country where a criminal that shouldn’t be allowed a security clearance of any kind not only still remains at large and is running for the highest office in the land, but is because of the blatant need to keep lying about what she did or ordered her minions to do, a prime candidate for blackmail by hostile agents of all sorts.

Can anyone seriously say that if this person was a republican, that they, and for that matter a sitting president that provided them cover for fear of what it would show about how inept and down right criminal their agency has been, would not be making license plates wearing an orange jump suit by now after a media firestorm and the opposition party basically going balisitic?

Yeah, I didn’t think so either, but this is the age of the credentialed democrat political aristocracy and that fundamental change Obama promissed us. Get used to being fucked over royally by people that think they are not just above the law, but that the law exists to go after their political enemies and anyone that stands in their way.

Breaking: The Clintons Lie

Sit yourself down. You will be shocked to hear this. It turns out that the Clintons were not completely 100% honest about her e-mail server:

The State Department’s inspector general has sharply criticized Hillary Clinton’s exclusive use of a private email server while she was secretary of state, saying she had not sought permission to use it and would not have received it if she had.

In a report delivered to members of Congress on Wednesday, the inspector general said that Mrs. Clinton “had an obligation to discuss using her personal email account to conduct official business” with officials responsible for handling records and security but that inspectors “found no evidence” that she had requested or received approval from anyone at the department to conduct her state business on a personal email.

The report also said that department officials “did not — and would not — approve her exclusive reliance on a personal email account to conduct Department business.”

It also added new detail about Mrs. Clinton’s motivation for using the private server, which she has said was set up for convenience. In November 2010, her deputy chief of staff for operations prodded her about “putting you on state email or releasing your email address to the department so you are not going to spam.” Mrs. Clinton, however, replied that she would consider a separate address or device “but I don’t want any risk of the personal being accessible.”

The report contradicts Clinton on several critics points. It puts the lie to her statement that their e-mail preservation methods had approval. It puts the lie to her statement that other Secretaries had done this (none had their own servers). And it shows that she used a private e-mail server mainly to shield her privacy, not for convenience.

None of these means she will be indicted. It’s not clear if she broke classification rules by accident or on purpose, which makes a difference in whether she’s charged or not (Petraeus, to cite one example, deliberately exposed information he knew was classified). The FBI should conclude their investigation before the election. But indictment or no, that shows once again a fundamental aspect of the Clintons: the lie, frequently, fluently and flagrantly. They lie when they don’t need to. They lie when they need to. They will lie whenever they think they can get away with it. Because they usually can.

It also shows something else: left wingers will defend the Clintons no matter what they do or who they screw over or whether that screwing was consensual. Over the last few days, Trump has been dragging out a lot of old Clinton scandals, some real (Whitewater, Juanita Broaddrick), some phony (Vince Foster). The response of the Clinton defenders, however, never changes: Whitewater was a fake scandal (that, uh, resulted in 40 felony convictions); the Travel Office Controversy was phony (because apparently it’s OK to wreck someone’s life with false embezzlement charges); the Lewinsky scandal was about a blow job (not obstructing justice or committing perjury to avoid embarrassment).

This is why I’ve dreaded this election for the last four years. Whether Clinton wins or loses, we’re going to be rehashing the battles of the 90’s. This is what the Clintons do. This is who they are. This is what 2016 has brought us to.

Update: Reading more on this, it looks worse for Clinton than I thought. The violations appear to be quite deliberate and knowing. As Charles Cooke put it, Clinton wanted to avoid FOIA and thought the rules did not apply to her.

As this goes on, we are rapidly progressing through the known stages of a Clinton scandal, which I will illustrate from the Lewinsky scandal:

Stage 1: Denial. “I never had sex with that woman!”

Stage 2: Misdirection. “This is about Republicans being angry they lost an election! Newt Gingrich cheated on his wife!”

Stage 3: Quibbling. “It depends on what the definition of ‘is’ is”.

Stage 4: Brazenness. “OK, but the economy is doing great! Who cares about a blow job!”

Stage 5: Dismissal. “Why are we still talking about this? It happened so long ago.”

State’s report basically destroys Stage 3. So now we’re transitioning to Stage 4: “But … Trump!” I expect by July, Democrats will be saying that since this happened four years ago, what possible difference could it make?
