Naked Freaks in SF

Remember naked yoga guy from a couple of days ago?  Well, here’s another story about some naked dumbass in San Francisco.

A man who put up his fists for the right to sunbathe nude outside a bar in San Francisco’s Castro neighborhood has died of injuries he suffered in the fight, police said Tuesday.

Jay Carbone, 52, hit his head during the scuffle at the Pendulum bar and died at Davies Medical Center. No one has been arrested, but police are investigating whether homicide charges should be brought.

Police Inspector Herman Jones said the incident had occurred Thursday afternoon when Carbone came to the Pendulum on 18th Street, ordered drinks, disrobed on the back terrace and proceeded to sunbathe.

After about an hour, another patron complained to Carbone and asked that he put his clothes on.

“If you don’t like it, get out,’’ Carbone told the offended man, Jones said.

The patron went inside and complained to the bartender, Jones said, then went back out onto the terrace.

At that point, Jones said, Carbone became aggressive, although the inspector stopped short of saying he had started the fight.

During the scuffle, Carbone fell back and hit his head. He died Saturday.
