Right Thinking From The Left Coast
"To what purpose are powers limited, and to what purpose is that limitation committed to writing,
if these limits may, at any time, be passed by those intended to be restrained?"

Swiss Mrs.
by Lee

Okay, here’s another one I just don’t fucking get.  First we have hot teachers banging their students, and now we’re got yet another European broad who has married an American death row inmate.

A former pizza delivery man with a long criminal record was executed Wednesday for the robbery and slaying of a Houston-area man 13 years ago.

“I love my children. I love my family,” Kevin Kincy, 38, said in a brief statement. “That’s it.”

Before the drugs took effect, Kincy pursed his lips into a kiss and smiled at a Swiss woman who married him last year. They met on a death penalty Web site that seeks pen pals.

Kincy was pronounced dead at 6:26 p.m., eight minutes after the lethal drugs began to flow.

HBO did a documentary about this a few years ago, women who marry men convicted of murder while they are in prison.  So many of them are Europeans who meet through these prison pals websites.  Fucking kooks, all of them.

Didn’t see that one, defunitely issues with these chicks.

Do widows of executed con receive SS beneifts?

Does it allow them to get Citizenship?

Reminds me of the Dilbert episode in which Alice tries to start relationships with death row inmates because they don’t require any long term commitment.

Posted by on 03/30/06 at 11:21 AM from United States

Do deathrow inmates get conjugal (sp?) visits?  I was creeped out sitting 10 feet away from a convicted triple murderer when I was head of a jury in Federal Court a while back (he was suing the guards for violating his civil rights).  Can’t IMAGINE a woman sleeping with one.  How creepy is that?

Posted by on 03/30/06 at 11:33 AM from United States

because they don’t require any long term commitment.

I think that is the biggest plus for some of these women who start these relationships. The bitch is when or if they get out somehow.

That lawyer dude suing eHarmony for not allowing married people should look for a date on this death sentence dating service website.

For one there aren’t too many women on death row.  For two, the only thing creepier than a man on death row is a woman.  YUCK!!!!

Posted by on 03/30/06 at 02:03 PM from United States

The lawyer can date one of the men.  I’m sure they won’t mind.

It would be truly ironic if one did get out and then proceed to murder his wife. That would surely blow my “funny fuse”.

Posted by on 03/30/06 at 02:11 PM from United States

Then Lee would post about how ironic and funny it was and an onslaught of the death-row widow’s community would create a barrage of comments arguing that the prison should have put up a sign.

Posted by on 03/30/06 at 02:51 PM from United States

And...why do they do this? Quick inheritance, maybe?

Posted by on 03/30/06 at 03:42 PM from United States

Wouldn’t the wife inherit the debts of the inmate?  Usually, these death row guys are sued by their victims’ families and owe hundreds of thousands of dollars.

I would be very surprised to hear that debts are transferable to a spouse like that unless the debt was originally in both their name, which clearly in this situation it wouldn’t be.

Posted by on 03/30/06 at 09:09 PM from United States

Let me explain something to you dumb bitches!!!! She inherits nothing from him, none of them do. I am his cousin I saw him Tuesday before his death and I am white. He took the blame for a crime he did not commit and was killed by the state because of it. So who is the real murderer. Barbara married him out of love she stuck by him till the end. This was a man with children and a family have some respect he is dead now let his soul rest. None of you are in our position and will never understand. Learn to respect women like that, she stood by his side when the rest of the world turned their back and judged him. Who are any of you sick bastards to judge anyone. I hope you all with negative comments rot in hell where you belong!!!!! Love you forever KEVIN~

I am his cousin I saw him Tuesday before his death and I am white.

“So what?”, “I’m sorry you had to go through that”, and “So what?”, in that order.

He took the blame for a crime he did not commit and was killed by the state because of it.

It’s not like he couldn’t have had several chances at an appeal, each of which could have decided very differently. And if he was “taking the blame” to something that carried a death penalty, doesn’t it make sense to be glad that someone with that suicidal tendencies finally got their wish?

Learn to respect women like that, she stood by his side when the rest of the world turned their back and judged him.

Bullshit. Twelve jurors, and innumerable appeals later, I’d say that the facts were pretty well established, and THEN she decides that she couldn’t possibly be fulfilled in life until she had married a convicted murderer!?!

Two words: Puh. Leeze.

Who are any of you sick bastards to judge anyone.

Who are we? People who don’t kill people. I’d say that puts us at a slightly higher moral plane, but I’m not related to a lifelong criminal and a convicted (and executed) murderer.

I hope you all with negative comments rot in hell where you belong!!!!! Love you forever

The irony, she just flows like water…

Let me establish something how do you know the people are not killers? Who the hell are you anyway and like you have no faults. The law fails on many occassions so who is to say this is not one. My cousin is deceased he did not have the best record but he was a human being who deserved loved and respect, he was a family man and many people cared about him and loved him. You on the other hand knows not what that must feel like. Atleast he is not like most of you who are sitting at home on your computer which is your only friend. And I made the comment about my race because of what was said in the first blog. What do you know about him anyway? What you read? Do you think that means you know him? Well since you know him so well tell me his favorite color his favorite food, what made him smile, what kind of music did he love, what were his hopes and dreams for his family and children? I know for a fact none of you can even answer one of those questions because you didnt know him all you do is vocalize your opinions on things you know nothing about. he was one of the nicest persons i have ever met that is why it was easy for him to find love across the world. 1068 signed a petition for him to live. If it came down to your life and petition how many people can support you????

Posted by Lee on 03/30/06 at 11:30 PM from United States

what made him smile

Killing people.  Now, do you want me to tell you what made him stop breathing?

Posted by on 03/30/06 at 11:35 PM from United States

And his favorite color was probably the pure white color of the blow he was about to snort up.  You’re not going to find compassion from us for a convicted dead murderer.

Posted by Drumwaster on 03/30/06 at 11:42 PM from United States

Let me establish something how do you know the people are not killers?

I don’t think there are many opportunities for convicted murderers to chat in online forums like this one. If you know differently, please prove it.

Who the hell are you anyway and like you have no faults.

I go by the sobriquet of ‘Drumwaster’, and I never said I have no faults. I just haven’t led a life of crime topped off with “the robbery and slaying of a Houston-area man 13 years ago.” Most people would say that makes me a slightly better person.

But that’s just the way things are.

My cousin is deceased he did not have the best record but he was a human being who deserved loved and respect,

But the man he was convicted of murdering doesn’t? The innumerable other victims of his life of crime don’t?

he was a family man and many people cared about him and loved him.

Yeah, his victim was just a scumbag who deserved to be killed by your cousin, right?

Oh, wait…

Atleast he is not like most of you who are sitting at home on your computer which is your only friend.

Not true. Y’see, I’m not sitting in an 8’x10’ cell 23 hours a day because I killed someone. I have regular customers and the freedom to go out tomorrow and buy anything I want, just because I am not a convicted murderer. As do you. (If your cousin was such a great man, why don’t you follow his example? Is it because you know he was a criminal and deserved his punishment?

You on the other hand knows not what that must feel like.

Oh, so because I’m not a CONVICTED MURDERER, I can’t know what it’s like to raise a family? Three daughters, seven grandkids, but I gotta go kill someone to understand what that’s like?

What do you know about him anyway?

Just what was reported about him in the article. That whole “convicted murderer on death row” really stands out, though. Like a splash of flourescent purple on a yellow wall....

Well since you know him so well tell me his favorite color his favorite food, what made him smile, what kind of music did he love, what were his hopes and dreams for his family and children?

Can you tell me any of those things for the man he MURDERED? If not, get off your high horse. Your cousin KILLED SOMEONE and paid the ultimate penalty for it. You feel sorry for your cousin, while the rest of the world feels sorry for the victim. Maybe you should have a little compassion for the INNOCENT GUY your cousin KILLED.

(Damn those pesky facts anyway!)

If it came down to your life and petition how many people can support you????

I imagine if I were a convicted murderer on death row, I would be glad to have even one, but since I’VE NEVER KILLED ANYONE, that question wouldn’t come up, now would it?

Your turn.

The better question is

“How does Lee keep blogging on topics where he makes fun of somebody who died, and some other third party who knew the deceased finds RTFTLC and posts a comment about how upset they are?”

Could you and Charlotte possibly be one in the same?

According to a witness at Kincy’s trial, the cousins hatched a plan where Harville would be seduced and distracted by his old girlfriend, allowing Kevin Kincy to sneak into the home and shoot him.

Evidence showed that after Harville was shot, Charlotte Kincy stabbed him several times. The pair then ransacked his place and stole numerous items, including furniture and his car. Colleagues at Exxon became worried when Harville didn’t show up for work and went to his house. When they saw it had been trashed, they called police, who found his body.

About two weeks later, an FBI agent ran the plates on a Honda Accord traveling about 100 mph on Interstate 10 east of Beaumont and determined it was Harville’s stolen vehicle. The ensuing chase covered some 30 miles and ended in Westlake, La., with a flat tire after Kincy crashed through a police roadblock as officers fired at him.

Kincy denied any knowledge of the Harville killing, but items he threw out the window of the speeding car led police to his cousin, Charlotte. She pleaded to a 40-year prison term.

If Kevin was innocent, what was he doing with the victim’s car?

The eldest grandson is getting married this July. :-D

{/getting old}

Odd coincidence: The grandson and I had gone to the same junior high school. The PE teacher I had in 7th grade was in his first year of teaching, and my grandson was there for the PE teacher’s last year (he finally retired). And he still remembered me!! LOL

I actually did know the victim and he was a great man also he was in my life for 5 years it was hard enough dealing with his death and then losing two cousins. Yes I do know all those things about him too. what happened I do not go against the grain and say it wasn’t wrong but never is it okay to take a life for another life. So the death penalty is not justice. Just cause you read some article please don’t act like you know any of them or the situation cause you don’t. He was in possession of the victims car long before the man had ever been killed like about three months, so dont even try to bring that up. But I forgot you know nothing else besides what you read. You dont even know half the story. And opinions are like assholes everyone has them and i believe yours smells mister.

Posted by Drumwaster on 03/31/06 at 08:24 AM from United States

And opinions are like assholes everyone has them and i believe yours smells mister.

Meanwhile, yours is obviously as odor-free as the mountain spring air.

Look, your cousin led a life of crime topped off with the deliberate murder of a human being. He paid the price for it. You may not feel that justice was done, but you have a clear bias. We don’t know anything about it but the facts of the case (ignoring any irrelevancies such as “his favorite color his favorite food, what made him smile, what kind of music did he love, what were his hopes and dreams for his family and children” - focusing instead on the fact that he DELIBERATELY KILLED ANOTHER HUMAN BEING FOR NO GOOD REASON), and you won’t get any sympathy for that MURDERING SCUM.

We reserve our sympathy for his innocent victim.

You obviously don’t care about the victim, though, and that’s your problem. Meanwhile, we will take comfort in the fact that yet another scumsucking murderer has met his just reward.

Further, we will gleefully poke fun at the foolishness of the ditz who thought it would be a good idea to marry a convicted murderer who will only leave prison when he is carried feet-first.

Go away again.

disappointedone is probably some pimple faced fat kid trolling for attention using the laughably ridiculous “salinger technique” of claiming he/she/it has a family member/friend either involved in or has intimate knowledge of whatever topic is being discussed in a pathetic attempt to gain credibility.

I’d go so far as to say that idiot is probably the same clown that poses as “an outraged family member/friend” on every thread where Lee “stirs the pot” by making “pithy commentary” about some person’s bizzare or hysterically funny demise or misfortune.

Rrrrrrright. Sure. Keep telling yourself that instead of coming to grips with the reality of a convicted murderer in your family.

Prison records indicate Kincy was imprisoned in July 1986 on a 10-year Harris County sentence for attempted murder.

Yeah....he wouldn’t harm a fly would he? Apparently he wasn’t successful the first time he wanted to murder someone.

Looks like he comes from a long line of teddy bears....this quote is about his mother....

Robertson said she has not been allowed to visit her son since August, when she was arrested on a charge that she possessed marijuana on state prison property.

Let’s not forget salinger’s other two hilariously idiotic traits that come to the forefront when he’s getting “cluebatted” into oblivion.

1) He’ll (not so subtlely) drop hints about alleged trips to exotic locales.

For example, he’ll honk, “Does anybody know where I can rent a bicycle in (Insert exotic locale here) when it’s more likely that the only “exotic locales” he’s ever seen was when he rode the “It’s a Small World” ride at Disneyland.

2) He’ll bail out of a thread squealing about how he has to go to a “book-signing”, “the Bat Cave”, “consult with Hillary Clinton”, “accept his Nobel Peace Prize”, etc. etc. in a comic attempt to save face before slinks off to pout.

He’s so predictible as to be almost formulaic.
