The Supreme Court ruled that Al Gore’s actions in Florida were unconstitutional.  Every recount showed Bush to be the winner.  And still every left-winger in this country has been able to keep alive the delusion that George W. Bush was not legitimately elected.  And now, after having their asses handed to them, they can’t say that any more.
