Well, the college football season has stumbled to a conclusion with the LSU Tigers on top of the heap.

And discostu won the First Annual RTLC Bowl Pick ‘Em Championship with 21 correct picks and 382 points. Any man with the stones to put 32 confidence points in BYU deserves our respect.

We now enter the long dark teatime of the soul between the BCS Championship and kickoff.

Still, a great game. I was all set to launch into this big rant about how screwed up the system is and how arbitrary the selection, how USC and Missouri(even W. Virginia) had just as much claim to the #1 spot, but then LSU made everything right with the world and proved they are deserving. I would still like to see some kind of playoff system and am anxiously awaiting kevinmkr’s post on his bowl experiences.
