I find that the harder I work, the more luck I seem to have. - Thomas Jefferson
Man Of SteeleSpeaking of wingnut social conservatives (see below) some folks aren’t too happy about Michael Steele becoming the head of the RNC:
As Andrew Sullivan noted, these people have left a bad taste that will take a long time to get rid of. Or, as the Washington Times itself says:
The “Threat” is that the Republican leadership seems to be at least trying to move in a more moderate direction. But if they want to get cured of their fundamentalist fix, they need to go cold turkey. A stint in political rehab just isn’t enough.

If it wasn’t for wingnuts, WVR would have nothing to post about. He’s already got his head so far up Obama’s ass it’s impossible to tell where Obama ends and he begins. Next entry: No More Denying It Previous entry: The Forgotten WW 2

How quickly they soured us on their ideology, huh? |
I guess it’s par for the course, but the focus of that article was opposition to Mr. Steele on the basis of his non-membership in the RNC. It was only the second page, near the end of the article that the AFA and RNCL were even mentioned. If Mr. Steele doesn’t become chairman, it will be because of his non-membership in the RNC, not because of tenuous objections to his position on abortion.
Man, talk about cherry-picking. You are way too obsessed with the “wingnuts"…
