"To what purpose are powers limited, and to what purpose is that limitation committed to writing,
if these limits may, at any time, be passed by those intended to be restrained?"
-- Chief Justice John Marshall, Marbury v. Madison, 1803
Herb Ryman was the concept designer for Dineyland. I consider him to be one of the greatest unheard of designers in Americna history.
Walt ran out of money trying to create the project and when he went to the banks to get a loan for Disneyland, Herbie did the Isometric that Walt faithfully followed to production.
If anyone can remember the wacky eighties, there was once a Michael Jackson ride at Disney World in Orlando, called Captain Eo. I am surprised there hasnt been a lawsuit yet.
Disney World, I think, is the ideal over-blown themepark. It’s so isolated that *everyone* is happy, and has a way of driving out the outside world. Last time I vacationed there, I actually lost interest in politics for a week.

Just saw Batman Begins at the IMAX. Nothing like watching it on a six story screen w/ crystal clear picture. ^.^ Very cool.
