The Man Who Could Not, Not Bow

You know, its one thing to show respect for other cultures, its another to make a ass of your self doing it. Especially when you are President of the United States and the custom is for the leader not to bow before another head of state, or the mayor of Tampa. 
I have to wonder does he even think before he acts?

The second picture is from Tampa mayor Pam Lorio own web page, i assume that it was taken a second after the bow, but you can see that it probably was not taken out of context. that is unless he was looking at her shoes and admiring them. Does our president understand how this appears to other national leaders and their peoples?
Why is he doing this?
Where is his protocol people at?
Or maybe he just likes shoes?

No, i did not, i seen the video of that he was “caught” as his head turned to assist the woman behind him, however, the president of France seems to be Enjoying the view too. not that i blame him or anyone.

Hahaha. Obama was checking out her ass too. The only thing he was assisting was his eyes :) The problem with the video version is that it’s a closeup, so her ass isn’t even in the picture. To me I don’t give a crap either. I just thought the whole ordeal was funny including the damage control. Frenchy was smiling for a reason. He know what was going on.
