Holder Out

Eric Holder has stepped down as Attorney General. I believe he is the only cabinet member to be held in Contempt of Congress for his role in Operation Fast and Furious. He also dropped the investigation into the New Black Panthers, declined to prosecute any of the people responsible for the financial crisis, led monitoring of the media including James Rosen, continued to persecute medical marijuana clinics and helped preside over one of the more lawless administrations I can remember.

But I’ll be nice and hope the door doesn’t hit him in the ass on the way out. Or at least, doesn’t him too hard.

No worries, guys. Al Sharpton is on the case – http://www.businessinsider.com/al-sharpton-says-hes-helping-pick-the-next-attorney-general-2014-9

The Rev. Al Sharpton said his civil rights organization, the National Action Network, is “engaged in immediate conversations” with the White House as they work to name a successor to Attorney General Eric Holder, who is set to announce his resignation Thursday afternoon.

“We are engaged in immediate conversations with the White House on deliberations over a successor whom we hope will continue in the general direction of Attorney General Holder,” Sharpton said in a statement.

Cause you know, when someone is finally forced to resign in disgrace after many scandals, continuing in that same general direction is definitely where you want to go.

    Isn’t that this Administration’s motto?

It only took 6 years of legal inconsistencies for this to happen. It’ll be interesting to see the Obama administration find someone worse.

And yet he still won’t actually be accountable to anything, will he? No, in all likelihood, he’ll write a self-congratulatory book, make the talk show rounds to promote the book, make millions, and become another celebrity. He might wind up in with a high-profile teaching position at some lofty Ivy-League university. Or become a highly-paid talking head at MSNBC.

    ^^^THIS^^^

This guy should not have been allowed to just resign: he deserves to be wearing an orange jump suit and be put to work making license plates for a few decades. Then again, most people in the Obama administration should be right there with him, and won’t be. Next time you hear theses scumbag leftists complain about some fictitious abuse of power or criminal activity from the other side, remember that they are, as is practically always the case with these criminals, just projecting.

    Carney, huh?

For some reason I was thinking of that whining little bitch Stephanopolous. Read his book, surprised at what a little girl he was/is.

So sooo this. This is exactly what will happen. All the shitwits out there are saying he was criticized because of his race (as opposed to Ashcroft and Gonzalez, who we *never* criticized. Ahem). I don’t care if Holder was purple with pink polka dots. He was still a crap attorney general.

As long as you define “crap” as meaning criminal, then yes, Hal. The thing is that he was not just bad, he blatantly played defense for a criminal administration, engaging in a lot of criminal activity of his own either in the process or simply because that’s who he is.

No republican administration would ever have been allowed to pull even a small fraction of the illegal and downright criminal shit that this DOJ has been and continues to do. The left is despicable.
