Circling the wagons, but to no avail…

The left must be seeing the writing on the wall, because they are desperate, and while some believe this is a deliberate strategy, the fact remains that the democrats have shown themselves to be profiteers, liars, crooks, and in general scumbags of the highest orders. Obama has, yet again, set a new low for the office. The latest shenanigans come in response to a poll pointing out that 61% of Americans now see Obama for the liar he is. The many lies about Obamacare are now smacking even the reality challenged leftiods smack dab in the chin.

The left lied about people that liked them being able to keep their plans. They lied about those that liked their doctor being able to keep them too. They lied about the whole thing’s cost to the public as well as the direct costs to individuals. They lied about it covering everyone. They did a bang up job of convincing the saintly leftist lot that likes to do good deeds with other people’s money that the ACA was doing just that, only to then stick it to them. They lied about being ready to implement something this drastic and potentially destructive. In short, they lied about this thing doing anything but destroying a viable healthcare system. But most importantly, they tried to tell people to ignore what was happening to them and to keep sucking the leftist cock, resorting to a victory dance, when what was called for was a wake.

Yeah, the left really believes that if they tell the lie enough times, people will believe it. After all, this strategy has worked well enough for them in the past, but the truth is that people are getting shafted, and nothing serves to force a libtard to be less inclined to swallow the ideological leftard bullshit than a nice slap in the face from reality. Obamacare, with just the individual mandate in play, has done that, and done that hardcore. And just wait until the employer mandate goes into effect. There is a reason they postponed that thing going live until after the 2014 election. They hope they can lie their way out of that one as well before the 2016 election cycle, is my guess.

The thing is that all that lying has finally come home to roost. Here is the gist of it, from the article:

Since it became painfully clear in 2013 that Obama had lied about Obamacare since 2009, it has been increasingly difficult for many Americans to continue accepting at face value his statements on other major public issues. In both the Benghazi and IRS scandals, for example, Obama claimed to have known nothing about them until they were reported in the national media.

But if that were true, why has the president’s attorney general and so many other of his most prominent appointees withheld thousands of documents subpoenaed by Congress and requested by journalists under the Freedom of Information Act? Are there passages in those withheld documents that make it clear Obama knew much more than he has admitted?

Cry wolf all the time, and eventually you are going to get called out. People are then going to realize that where there is smoke there is fire. There are too many other scandals and crimes they lied their way out of, that they now will have people circle back on. Oh sure, I expect the LSM to do its best to keep this under wraps for the 2014 election, after all, they owe their political masters. But the American people, with great reason now that the lying has been exposed, are no longer just willing to drink the Kool-Aid. Even the dumbest people know that it is highly unlikely that you wouldn’t be hiding information that could clear you of an accusation of impropriety, or even criminal activity. And no, the drama around Obamacare and the Obama Administration’s stonewalling is not an isolated incident. The WH is inhabited by a crime syndicate and the likelihood is that those of us that had been calling attention to all the illegal and criminal activity by this WH didn’t even come close to showing how bad they are. There is little joy in being able to say “I told you so” at this point however, considering the pain they are causing us all.

Terrible poll result for Obama that lying one.

All that and yet more people say they have a favourable view of Obama and Hillary than the Republican Party, or the leaders in it. And that’s with the Republican Party near it’s long-term peak. See 5.-13 on Pg 4…..

    http://www.foxnews.com/politics/interactive/2014/04/16/fox-news-poll-many-voters-say-obama-lies-to-country-on-important-matters/

The poll also suggests that Hillary is clearly preferred over the likely Republican challengers as the next POTUS.

Seattle, don’t forget to unskew the Political Identification results.

Obama lies, and Cm comes here to tell us that since there are more idiots that still like him, he is a good thing. Go figure.

Yeah, and yet more people say they have an unfavourable view of Obama and Hillary than the Republican Party, or the leaders in it, from your same cite.

That makes no sense at all. I didn’t even make an editorial comment on the results.

Yeah, and yet more people say they have an unfavourable view of Obama and Hillary than the Republican Party, or the leaders in it, from your same cite.

That’s true (aside from Hillary and the GOP having the same unfavourable level).

The gaps between favourable and unfavourable are probably more telling…
    Hillary Clinton +4
    Barack Obama -6
    The Republican Party even
    The Democratic Party -2
    Chris Christie -2
    The Tea Party movement -10
    Jeb Bush -8
    Rand Paul -2
    Ted Cruz -8

Only Hillary is in the positives. Christie and Paul do better than Obama, but can’t get near Hillary.
She does well against any of the likely possible Republican candidates.
Looks like Hillary pulls about 13-15% of Republicans no matter who the challenger is.Whereas only 7-9% of Dems would vote for a Republican against Hillary.

Considering that you’ve admitted (and demonstrated) multiple times that you don’t understand basic stats or can perform data analysis, I fail to see any motivation to engage in any debate with you that involves numbers. It’s like describing color to the blind.

Yet again, you’ve never once shown this. Actually you’ve yet to back up ANY of your ongoing accusations. But then that’s obviously how you roll.

I fail to see any motivation to engage in any debate with you that involves numbers.

I would have thought the opportunity to lie again would be motivation enough.

    It’s all premature conjecture and meaningless considering;

    1) She has not officially entered and certainly has not been sufficiently vetted
    2) She has a willing and enthusiastic administration running interference for her, and an adoring press who will also launder the facts
    3) All people have now is the Hillary image, gift wrapped for mass consumption by enablers. Once she has to defend her record and debate those not so in love with her, we shall see. One could argue that her carpetbagging a senator slot was granted on the coattails of her husband, that her S of S appointment was nothing but a quid pro quo was standing down in the next election, and once she has to defend (or even list) any State accomplishments under her watch ( a more dangerous world, allies that don’t trust us, enemies that don’t fear us, and the faith and credit of the US taking a massive hit all over the world) we’ll see how popular she is.

    And then there is this;

    http://hotair.com/archives/2014/04/22/ap-reporter-to-state-dept-spokesman-seriously-can-you-identify-a-single-accomplishment-since-2010/

The “QDDR” he mentions is the Quadrennial Diplomacy and Development Review, a self-audit by State every four years of its long-term goals abroad and how it’s doing in meeting them. The very first QDDR was published in 2010 after it was ordered by — ta da — Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. What makes this question significant, in other words, isn’t that Lee is so combative with spokesman Jen Psaki or that Psaki’s as stumped as the rest of us are when forced to name a Hillary accomplishment. What makes it significant is that, I suspect, the QDDR will itself be cited by Team Hillary next year when they’re asked to list her achievements.

Of course, part of that is the incessant fawning over Hillary by an utterly uncritical and in-the-tank MSM. Obama is Old News and cannot be President ever again even if he wanted to, and there is only so much mitigation the MSM can do against the utterly failed Obamacare rollout and the associated Lie of the Year (“If you like your health plan, you can keep your health plan. Period.”), so there is really little point in trying to prop him up at this stage. The goal is 2016 and we need to “make history” again by electing our first female POTUS, so the pro-Hillary-anti-GOP spin machines will operate full-bore until Election Day 2016. If the Senate falls to the GOP in 2014, thereby confirming and finalizing Obama’s lame duck status, I expect about as much MSM coverage as Benghazi got.

Speaking of Benghazi in particular and Libya in general, it turns out that maybe the Benghazi attack and the entire war in Libya which overthrew Qadaffi could have been prevented. According to an interim report release by the Citizens’ Commission on Benghazi, Qadaffi was seeking a peaceful means of abdicating, which the Obama Administration apparently rejected in favor of armed conflict. So much for that left-wing “Qadaffi Was A Threat To His Own People” narrative.

I know it won’t happen, but the GOP nominee, whoever he or she ends up being, needs to run an ad showing Hillary’s petulant, “..what difference at this point does it make???” verbal fart during the Benghazi hearings, with a simple caption that reads: Is This The Kind Of President You Want?

She is also currently unemployed. Most of the people CM cites as underwater are currently in political jobs making decisions and dealing with the slings and arrows or politics.

Most Americans don’t really keep up with the doings of the State Department: Secretary of State is quite a distinguished position, but it doesn’t have the same daily effect on most people’s lives as a domestic position. I don’t think Clinton is a strong as she is portrayed. What, really, has she ever done? What is her single biggest accomplishment in decades of public life? I think (hope?) that after 8 years of hope and change, a little more experience might be desired by Americans.
