They are going from “Everyone can keep it” to

Axelrod now saying “Most can keep it“. The “it” referred to here is your own healthcare insurance coverage. Most of us that understood what the progtards really were doing knew better than to believe any of their lies. Here is a prediction: in a few months they will be telling us “Some can keep it” and make like that’s what they had been saying all along.

The only thing that’s decent about what these fucks are doing is that the people most impacted – in a bad way – are the ones that not only went along with the bad healthcare takeover bill ‘s passage, but defended it. In the end none of us will be keeping what we have, be it healthcare or decent jobs prospects. What we will have is a whole lot of people that will depend on government – bureaucrats with politcal axes to grind – for their healthcare. That’s what the ACA was designed to do.

    1) I get to keep my existing insurance plan at work, though the cost went up slightly. I feel real lucky that I work for a company that takes it’s employee benefits seriously.

    2) I don’t know of anybody that has seen rates or costs going down, or even remaining static, at all for anybody in the nation

    3) I fail to see how the “Affordable” Care Act has made healthcare more “affordable” for anybody. Seriously, if anyone can show in concrete terms how Obamacare has made health care more “affordable”, or even more accessible for ANYONE, please do. CM, don’t bother with one of your extra-retarded links to your favorite Daily Kos wannabe – Marxist spewing dweebs screaming for free health care in the name of “equality” don’t actually count.

I’m also in this boat as I work for a great company.

In an email about the changes coming in 2014, they mentioned they’re adding transgender stuff, including surgeries. Is that mandated by ACA? If so, glad to see we’re sticking to the actual essentials to save lives and all.. just like all plans must cover things like ob/gyn and maternity needs, and you can’t differentiate men from women so it’s good to know if I somehow become the first pregnant man, I’m covered.

Nice attempt but as usual you must be dreaming of somebody else. Yet again (because I’ve already told you this) I haven’t said anything in support of Obamacare, and I’ve not linked to anything where people request free healthcare. But thanks Dick Morris, at least you’re consistent. And congrats on holding down a job with such consistently poor recall. I’d be taking advantage of that plan and getting some checks carried out, stat.

It is fascinating getting a peek into this strange little universe some of you live in.

Mine doesn’t have unicorns that fart money so government never has to worry about spending more than it can take in, or Black Jesus parting water, so Captain Social Justice can swoop in and redistribute the wealth to the masses, all before Gaia finally gets tired of the pesky CO2 generating, brown energy loving, ants, and drowns us all in a second flood, one that only Al Gore and the ark he builds behind his 25,000 SQ foot mansion survives, CM. So yeah, it sure must be strange for you to see how the real world works.

    You mean “reality”…..

You should try it sometime, but what passes for a psyche in your case most likely won’t be able to handle it all it once, but you can work yourself up to it. Try repeating “Obama isn’t a god” to yourself a few thousand times, and then consider what life would be like if the government wasn’t there to make sure life wasn’t “fair”… If you don’t pass out from terror in a couple minutes, remind yourself of the fact that Keynesian spending hasn’t ever worked, even once….

After you calm down, ask the orderly if they can check to see if the sun has exploded or if it’s raining frogs. They might increase your medication, but it will be worth it.

Alex, you know full well that your little anti-utopia bears no relationship whatsoever to my opinions.

SO I’ve never even remotely suggested or implied that Obama was any sort of God, and I’ve never advanced ‘fairness’ as any sort of argument (quite the opposite, I shy away from that and instead ask about the sustainability of a functioning capitalist economy). I’ve also made little comment about Keynesian economics (other than pointing out that all mainstream economists recommended increased govt spending in a recession to try and make up for the significant decrease in private spending, to ensure the economy stays afloat), although I have pointed out that Keynes was a strong advocate of cutting back significantly on spending when times are good (something that never gets mentioned).

Yet again, all completely wrong. Yet again, entirely consistent…
