If it quacks like a duck…

There is this saying that if it walks, quacks, and swims like a duck, then it is a duck that seems to be very appropriate when we discover that key agents of the tyrannical and corrupt Obama administration, currently mired in a slew of scandals of governmental power abuses targeted at political enemies, some that have even caused loss of lives, has “special emails” they use to communicate with each other. News form those who promised us this would be the most ethical administration ever reveals:

WASHINGTON (AP) – Some of President Barack Obama’s political appointees, including the Cabinet secretary for the Health and Human Services Department, are using secret government email accounts they say are necessary to prevent their inboxes from being overwhelmed with unwanted messages, according to a review by The Associated Press.

Yeah, sure. They are needed to avoid spam, despite the fact that these assholes have told us repeatedly how much more tech savvy they are and putting in spam filters would be cake for Leviathan’s techies, and not, as is blatantly obvious, so these fucking crooks can avoid a paper trail of the illegal activity they have been at. You cannot make up how despicable these fucks are, or for that matter how stupid they think we are to try and pass us that line of bullshit. It’s even more serious than you would like to believe too.

The scope of using the secret accounts across government remains a mystery: Most U.S. agencies have failed to turn over lists of political appointees’ email addresses, which the AP sought under the Freedom of Information Act more than three months ago. The Labor Department initially asked the AP to pay more than $1 million for its email addresses.

The AP asked for the addresses following last year’s disclosures that the former administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency had used separate email accounts at work. The practice is separate from officials who use personal, non-government email accounts for work, which generally is discouraged – but often happens anyway – due to laws requiring that most federal records be preserved.

The secret email accounts complicate an agency’s legal responsibilities to find and turn over emails in response to congressional or internal investigations, civil lawsuits or public records requests because employees assigned to compile such responses would necessarily need to know about the accounts to search them. Secret accounts also drive perceptions that government officials are trying to hide actions or decisions.

Have no doubt that this practice is pervasive and in heavy use, and that the LSM is reporting it is a miracle. Guess the AP people are pissed that black Jesus’ people were treating them just as they do the evil conservative enemy they were helping fight. Anyway, when the head of the EPA was caught doing this and resigned in order to forestall investigations last year I suspected that this was more than to just done to hide the facts in this case and/or do damage control by delay. Now we find out that this suspicion was right. Lest you miss the real kicker in this AP piece and focus on the excuse making done in by an author that is trying to both point out how bad this practice is while fighting their reflexive need to defend Team Blue’s criminal activity, check this out:

“What happens when that person doesn’t work there anymore? He leaves and someone makes a request (to review emails) in two years,” said Kel McClanahan, executive director of National Security Counselors, an open government group. “Who’s going to know to search the other accounts? You would hope that agencies doing this would keep a list of aliases in a desk drawer, but you know that isn’t happening.”

And it is not happening, because, despite the excuse making by the conflicted author that follows this horrendous revelation in the AP piece, it is blatantly obvious to any non-sycophant of black Jesus’ cult that the reason for these secret email accounts is to allow them to keep their shenanigans off the record. If the line of crap that the author feeds us about how the government types tell them the emails are used to separate internal/external mail and important/unimportant mail was to be believed, why not have this practice be public knowledge? Why have the lead of the EPA, which had been engaged in a criminal campaign of making up legal obligations that congress knew would result in major pain had they passed laws pushing these idiotic, ineffective, inefficient, unneeded, and costly regulations, resign so she could avoid having to testify under oath to congress? I will tell you why, and no, the argument that this is speculation or conspiracy mongering on my part doesn’t fly anymore, because this isn’t an isolated incident but an obvious pattern, business as usual for Team Blue, for anyone not with their heads so far up black Jesus’ ass that reality escapes them: they are trying to hide the illegal shit they are doing.

The excuse making continues, but those of us that are not fooled by the massive campaign of lies, know we are dealing with an administration so corrupt that it makes what happened with Nixon look like child’s play and unfair to Nixon. It has now become obvious that despite the fact we would also have to deal with a ton of made up shit by the LSM that is hoping to damage such an administration and help their Team Blue buddies, the only time we will get any serious media scrutiny of government will be when the people in charge are not part of the clique hell bent on destroying this country and remaking it in their marxist-fascist image. Buyer beware. And seriously, spare me the attemt to pretend that these people are not a danger to all fredom loving people’s rights. For every one of these horrible abuses by them we know off, I bet there are dozens we don’t. Fuck they are dispicable.

Looking around, it looks as if numerous members of the Bush Administration had private e-mail accounts. As long as we can extend investigatory and FOIA powers to them in case of investigation, I’m not seeing a big issue here.

Source? And were these accounts that congress didn’t know off?

If they were set up to avoid FOIA request, they should be. I doubt there is a statute of limitation on this.

    And of course: BOOOOOOSH!!!!1!!!eleventy!!!

Not surprised that’s your defense for this behavior BTW, Hal.

Thing Regress uncovered at least four (http://thinkprogress.org/politics/2013/06/04/2097381/bush-administration-secret-email/) and the Center for American Regress claims a lot more. They’re only secret in the sense that they are not public. But they are still government e-mail accounts.

I’m not saying these accounts should not be accessible in the case of investigation or should be allowed to shield anything. I’m saying this looks less like a conspiracy and more like SOP.

And I am calling that claim bullshit. These accounts by team Obama, as we already found out in the case of the EPA director that resigned, conveniently before congress could depose her under oath, not more than 6 months ago, were specifically used to obfuscate and hide marching orders from the higher ups to the EPA.

The claims that the other high ranking members with such accounts do it to better sort their workload is puerile. We already know that the EPA director was using this faux account, with a bogus and meaningless name, so that when anyone used FOIA requests to get what she was doing, the secret emails would never be picked up and sent. That’s illegal and downright frightening. The recent discovered email accounts are also of the same nature and only an idiot would assume not there for the same reason that the EPA director had hers, and a partisan hack would be the only one to defend them after what we know was going on at the EPA.

How much more criminal behavior do you need to see before you stop defending the indefensible, huh?
