Gosnell Convicted

After week of absolutely wrenching testimony, Kermit Gosnell was convicted of three counts of first degree murder for killing viable babies. I’ve blogged on this before and said all I had to say on it. The verdict here is imminently just even if NARAL is still trying to pretend this was only about victimized women.

I do hope that one of the things that will emerge from here is better regulation of abortion clinics. My local McDonald’s is held to better standard of cleanliness. You would think that this would be an issue that both sides of the abortion issue could agree on (but not all).

Just for the record if the infamous Dr. had performed this procedure say 5 or 6 months earlier would the outcome of the operation been any different?

And will the MSM, you know the propaganda arm of the Regime®, finally cover this “local” news event? And do you suppose they’ll mention that Eric Holder’s wife is one of the lease-holders on Dr. Gosnell’s facility?

He may well have justly been found guilty. But the death penalty? Lol at the absurdity of that.

Last I checked, it was a serious crime to murder a person after they’ve been born. This Gosnell freak even kept the severed feet of some of the babies as a sick trophy.

Looks like 2 life sentences without parole. I think given his age that’s the same as the death penalty. I say release him into the general population and let things work themselves out. Abort him in, what, the 96th trimester? Seems fair.

I shouldn’t be surprised that the American criminal justice system, and the people who’ve built it, can’t see a difference between a serial killer with a sniper rifle, and a guy who is botching abortions.

Why? You don’t seem to recognize the difference between botching abortions and performing ones several weeks into the viability stage, where the baby has to be deliberately killed in order to guarantee that it was “aborted.”

These are, after all, the people who want to execute mothers who smothered their toddlers, rather than getting them some help.

They need help…in jail, from which they shouldn’t emerge except feet-first and cold.

What is it about children that you seem to hate so much that killing them should somehow be less criminal? That question would seem hyperbolic, but what conclusion could you possibly be suggesting other than that?

So where would you draw the line for infanticide? Give doctors and parents 24 hours after a birth to kill their child? Maybe a week?
