The next time you hear some leftard or their mouth pieces in the LSM crying about how painful any kind of government cuts are to make remember this story about the TSA spending money when the seqeuster kicks in. In a nutshell:
Under their new collective bargaining agreement, Transportation Security Administration officers get to spend more taxpayer money on their uniforms every year than a United States Marine Corps lieutenant can spend in a lifetime.
“TSA employees will see their uniform allowances nearly double to $446 per year,” the House Transportation Committee noted in a press release on the TSA’s new collective bargaining agreement. “By comparison, a combat Marine Lieutenant receives a one-time uniform allowance of $400. The cost of the increase in TSA uniform allowance is an estimated $9.63 million annually.”
I bet you these uniforms are coming from some big friend of team Blue who’s making a killing with these contracts.

I can’t get too worked up about this. My personal opinion is that any job that requires a uniform should provide enough of them to complete a work week without doing laundry.

You are not in the laudry or uniform business are you? And the job isn’t providing these people the uniform. We the tax payers are doing that.
