Oh, the irony!

It looks like some of the left’s most avid supporters are about to get a first hand taste about how “free shit” really works as they have been notified that their hours will be cut to save the college Obamacare costs.

Pennsylvania’s Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC) is slashing the hours of 400 adjunct instructors, support staff, and part-time instructors to dodge paying for Obamacare.

“It’s kind of a double whammy for us because we are facing a legal requirement [under the new law] to get health care and if the college is reducing our hours, we don’t have the money to pay for it,” said adjunct biology professor Adam Davis.

On Tuesday, CCAC employees were notified that Obamacare defines full-time employees as those working 30 hours or more per week and that on Dec. 31 temporary part-time employees will be cut back to 25 hours. The move will save an estimated $6 million.

You have to love shit like this. I expect a lot of it is going to start happening. I know my company is already talking layoffs to deal with the tax increases and Obamacare cost increases next year, as well. And it will not stop with companies and colleges cutting jobs and cutting hours. Even the MLB has been affected.

Funny how the people that are always the ones telling us how cool this collectivist nonsense is always are the ones to try and make sure they do not get inconvenienced by the rules they want to force on others, huh?

This is part of the plan to make everyone see that “single payer” government run healthcare is the way to go. Expect to see lots of progressives and other assorted marxists take up the mantra of this “logic” over the next few years.
