Cynthia Strikes Again

Ladies and Gentlemen, we will never lack for humor as we long as we have the Stupidest Congresswoman that Ever Lived:

A former U.S. congresswoman slammed U.S. policy on Libyan state TV late Saturday and stressed the “last thing we need to do is spend money on death, destruction and war.”

The station is fiercely loyal to Moammar Gadhafi and her interview was spliced with what appeared to be rallies in support of the embattled Libyan leader.

“I think that it’s very important that people understand what is happening here. And it’s important that people all over the world see the truth. And that is why I am here … to understand the truth,” former Rep. Cynthia McKinney said during a live interview.

She said she was invited to Libya by the “nongovernmental organization for fact-finding,” adding that she intends to bring more people to the country soon so that “they too can understand.”

She also slammed Obama’s economic policies as not being leftist enough. This doesn’t surprise me; McKinney has always defined herself entirely by her race. So to see a black President not embracing her ridiculous Marxism must grate.

I have to say that I am unsurprised. I was once in McKinney’s district and she is a looney tune. A Truther, a conspiracy theorist and an out-and-out devoted Marxist who was only elected because her district was overwhelming Democrat and she played the race card to the hilt. She was so embarrassing that when Hank Johnson challenged her in the primary, every Republican in Atlanta stampeded to the polls to vote for him. Neal Boortz opined against it, asking if we really wanted the Democrats to have a competent representative instead of an obvious lunatic. The response was a thunderous, “It’s fucking McKinney. Are you insane?”

Now, opinion time: is this treason? We are not officially at war with the Libyan government — we’re officially in a kinetic action or some newspeak thing. But to me, this belongs on the shelf with Jane Fonda on the ack-ack cannon. This is an American appearing on the official propaganda channel of a nation we’re shooting at. There’s not a chance anything will be done about it, of course. But to have a former legislator oppose us on the propaganda network of an enemy nation — whether you think we should be at war or not — if that’s not treason, that’s got to be pretty damn close.

I had to revisit her wiki page to see all the lunacy she has been involved in, but this is what I remember about her:

On the morning of March 29, 2006, McKinney entered the Longworth House Office Building’s southeast entrance and proceeded past the security checkpoint, walking around the metal detector. Members of Congress have identifying lapel pins and are not required to pass through metal detectors. The officers present failed to recognize McKinney as a member of Congress because she was not wearing the appropriate lapel pin and had recently changed her hairstyle.[60] She proceeded westward down the ground floor hallway and about halfway down the hallway was stopped by United States Capitol Police officer Paul McKenna, who states that he had been calling after her: “Ma’am, Ma’am!”; at that time it is reported that McKinney struck the officer. Two days later, Officer McKenna filed a police report claiming that McKinney had struck “his chest with a closed fist.”

What the wiki page left out was all the racial allegations that ensued, white guard/black lunatic congress woman, the perfect storm.

    is this treason?

No, for the reasons you mentioned, the Lybia action is a UN shindig which we came to late and reluctantly.

But to me, this belongs on the shelf with Jane Fonda on the ack-ack cannon.

Fonda was much worse, she was (at that time) a respected well known American celebrity who not only consorted with the enemy but caused men like John McCain to suffer beyond description. And the fact that she never brought herself to contrition or to apologize, a despicable woman and we should never forget what she did.

Her Wiki page gets scrubbed pretty clean by her followers (both of them). It’s sort of like trying to edit any other page that is a libtard pet project – if it doesn’t follow the approved message, it will be reverted back in seconds.

You know… I’m actually starting to think that another four years of Obama might be beneficial in the long run…

Under his administration we’ve seen the left get far too honest about what they really think more and more often, because they think they’ve become untouchable, an unstoppable force. If he won reelection, they’d only do it more.

It could lead to such utter devastating losses for them that they might actually finally clean house and become a party of principled opponents again instead of the collected pool of the most insane and evil lawyers you can find.
